During your first visit, you can expect to meet our friendly and understanding staff. Please fell free to ask questions! To help us better serve you, protect your overall health, and understand your individual needs, we will ask you to fill out a medical and dental history form.

If applicable, please make sure that you bring accurate dental insurance information with you so that we can efficiently process your dental claims for you. If you had x-rays taken within the last year, copies of these would be useful to bring to your appointment. There is also a privacy form to complete. All information is kept in strict confidence and will not be shared without your expressed consent.

During the course of this visit, we will learn about each other and listen to your dental needs and desires. We will review your medical and dental history, take your blood pressure, and complete dental charting including the pocket depth around your teeth. We will complete an oral cancer screening and ViziLite exam if you choose. Then we can discuss any treatment needs and the associated options and set up the appropriate appointments. Our hygienists can then begin by cleaning your teeth! We do spend more time at this first visit to carefully collect all the information that will allow us to best suit your treatment to your individual needs.

Financial Ease

As a courtesy to our patients, we assist in filing insurance claims to the insurance carriers. Our office is equipped to send claims electronically to quickly and efficiently assist in obtaining prompt reimbursement of your benefits. With this system, benefit cheques are typically received within 5 business days. This does require that we have up-to-date insurance information. If insurance or address information changes, please remember to inform our front desk staff so that we can better serve you in filing your request for payment of benefits.
Method of Payment

Our office accepts cash, debit (Interac), Mastercard, Visa and American Express for payment at the time services are rendered.

Payment Plans

Larger treatment plans or services not covered by your dental plan may be eligible for payment plans. Please see us for more details.
